Terms and Conditions of Mantrav International Group

Air Transportation
Air transportation (where included) is based on contracted bulk fare(s) in economy class, with participating IATA or ARC carrier. All fares are subject to change.  All charter flights are non-refundable, and non-transferable, if you cancel your charter flight, there will be a 50% penalty imposed by the carrier.

Accommodation
All hotels are carefully selected. Accommodations are on "run-of-the-house" basis. Room assignments are made by hotel managements upon arrival. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of the same or similar category. Holiday supplements may apply in some cases.

Meals
All meals as indicated on each itinerary. Lunches or dinners when included at hotels are Table d’hôte and limited to specific dining rooms at hotels. Meals aboard cruises are provided according to cruise line standards. In flight, meals on charter flights must be requested at time of booking.

Itineraries and Cancellation
All itineraries are subject to change. Departure is guaranteed with a minimum number of participants, in case of less than minimum requested participant’s dates and prices might change.

Travel Documents
Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport valid for 6 months from date of departure and applicable visas. Passengers must check visa requirements for the countries and obtain necessary visas prior to departure from the UK. Mantrav is not responsible for any delays, damages, losses, missed portions of tours or other missed services incurred by passengers who fail to obtain necessary travel documents.

Credit Card Payments
Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex) are accepted for payment (+2% per transaction). No charge for debit cards.

Change Fee
Subsequent to initial reservation, any revision will incur a £30 change fee per person for each revision, for each country.

Cancellation Charges on Accommodation prior to Departure
All Accommodations: 180 days prior to departure - £25 service charge
Less than 90 days prior to departure - 25%
Less than 60 days prior to departure - 100%
NOTE: Some hotels may have a different Cancellation Policy and charge, in this case, the hotel owner’s policy will be final

Baggage
Transatlantic flights allow two checked bags per person with neither to exceed 62 inches. Total dimensions of both bags not to exceed 102 inches, plus one carry-on bag not to exceed 39 inches. In addition, baggage is limited to 70 pounds per bag. When traveling between countries and on domestic flights within each country, baggage is weighed, allowing 44 pounds. Any excess baggage is at the passenger's own expense. Infants: No baggage permitted.

Shipping & handling.
Insurance: We recommend that you purchase adequate and comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Neither Mantrav nor your travel agent is responsible for loss or damage to luggage, accidents en route or ill health that may require you to miss part of your trip or your return to the U.K. with the group.

Video / Photographic Release
The guest agrees to participate in promotional, publicity, or merchandising pictures of the guests during holiday or event. The guest hereby agrees that Mantrav International may use the security photo of the guest, if taken, for in-house record keeping. The guest hereby authorizes the reproduction, sale, copyright, broadcast and /or distribution of said video, sound recording and pictures without limitations. The guest further agrees and releases Mantrav International, their representatives and agents from any liability, loss, expense or claims arising from distribution, broadcast, sale or use of his or her likeness or voice. The guest certifies that he/she is over 18 years of age or has written permission from their legal guardian. If a guest desires not to be included in any promotional videos and pictures, he/she can send a request form to not appear in any promotional material. Mantrav International will then attempt to exclude those guests who have signed such a request, but no guarantees can be made by Mantrav International that the guest will not be included in promotional materials.

We will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, we do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person and property because of an act of default of any hotel, airline carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services.
